i had a great time at the hotel. excellent service was provided. really clear. i enjoyed the spa. the only thing i wish is that the hotel had a pool and a gym.

Overall the hotel is really beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was one bartender who was amazing! She was very kind, informative and went above and beyond to deliver great service. The negatives - we barely had hot water during our stay. One of our rooms the water pressure was very low and cold. Even after leaving it running it was still cold. The hotel was pricey to not have running hot water. Also added amenities were expensive - you can book massages and tours on your own elsewhere for a better price. Overall it was still beautiful, and hope they can fix the hot water so we could stay there again
