Overall the hotel is really beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was one bartender who was amazing! She was very kind, informative and went above and beyond to deliver great service. The negatives - we barely had hot water during our stay. One of our rooms the water pressure was very low and cold. Even after leaving it running it was still cold. The hotel was pricey to not have running hot water. Also added amenities were expensive - you can book massages and tours on your own elsewhere for a better price. Overall it was still beautiful, and hope they can fix the hot water so we could stay there again

It’s a nice property very delicate and beautiful but if you are paying the extra money to stay in a room with ac I’d just save the money, my ac never worked right for 3 nights I had them look at it and all they would do is say it was the settings set wrong which wasn’t the issue

I stayed 2 nights. Both nights the shower water was on and off. The stream was very inconsistent. On the second night, my room was FLOODED. Multiple places of the roof was leaking huge amounts of water, my luggage got wet, and was very unsafe due to the electricity still plugged in everywhere. They said no empty room left so I was placed to a different hotel at 1 AM in the morning.

Beautiful & tranquil location, historical building, super comfortable room. We were so sad to miss the breakfast on the day of our departure, they packed us a bag for breakfast to take with us for our early morning flight, which was very thoughtful and arranged for our transportation. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was amazing and I wish I would have been able to have it everyday, but we wanted to try other local places too. The room was quaint and they were awesome bringing filtered water and fresh towels daily, even though they didn't have to. The only issue really was just with the hot water and shower pressure not being consistent, but we managed and not that big of a deal. The A/C was nice after walking around and helped cool you down after sight seeing all day. I wouldn't say this is a quiet hotel either, so if you are a light sleeper or want a good nights sleep maybe bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones to sleep. Overall, great place and a beautiful city!
