Loved this property, staff was amazing, very kind and super helpful. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Staff would buzz you out and in of the property. Everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

You guys should update your pictures on Expedia. The property is beautiful and you’re not really advertising that in my opinion. You could get tons of business from people like my wife and I who love and appreciate the colonial architecture in Guatemala.

Staff was by far the best part. My shuttle to the hotel was delayed three hours and the hotel staff was up and waiting. They welcomed me by name, and had the room ready to go. Only stayed to sleep before an early morning so I didn’t get to check out the property much, but it looked very cozy and nice. It was a little loud at night, but in a downtown travelers area I would expect a little noise. I was able to sleep just fine though. I’d stay here again.

For a couple of nights it’s fine! Location it’s great really close to the majority of the attractions, you have to walk to get breakfast or get to the pool so I decided to get food on my own so not to convenient

We loved the authentic cultural esthetics and atmosphere. Very calm and peaceful. A sense of home all around. The staff were pleasant and friendly, very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a spacious and quaint. Had several seating area inside upstairs and downstairs if you choose to grab a snack or order in to sit and enjoy. Check in was quick and easy, comfortable seating area in the lobby. As soon as you step out the front door, you’re right in the heart of everything. Plenty of options to eat and places to go.
