Disappointing stay
I specifically chose this hotel for free parking, but when we arrived we were told there was no free parking due to construction. We were directed to a parking lot that was 3 hours max, so we then had to find another parking lot 1KM away that was 20 euro. The hotel should not list free parking on Hotels.com if there is none. Additionally, the wifi didn't work, and we were unable to leave our suitcases at the reception during the day as they only staff the reception a few hours per day. This should not be a four star hotel.

Nice enough though not finished well
We had a small room, (which was probably the cheapest) probably too small for the furniture that was in it. In general the recently refurbished building has been done to a high spec but the finishing has had very little thought to it. E.g: The wardrobe in the room could only be opened using one door, the other door was held shut by the curtain rail and hence only half the wardrobe could be accessed. The shower screen had two opening doors but only one can be opened due to the bathroom sink, no bother but seems crazy to spend the money on an opener only to find it can’t be opened. There were no plugs near the bed, phones (I.e. alarm clocks) had to be plugged in across the room. Aircon/heater only seemed to work during daytime Positives: fittings were of a high spec, plenty of coffee

Great place to stay in Antwerp.
We loved this place overlooking the river in Antwerp. Located near the main sights and restaurants. They brought us a great breakfast for a small charge.

Quaint and modern. Very spacious flat with kitchen, living room and views of the canal. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Only minus was some of the furniture could use replacing..badly marked. And bathroom floor around shower needs repairs.

Beautiful Space at a Reasonable Rate
We booked this room on a last second decision to go to Antwerp. We could it have been happier. The room was comfortable, good view, and more than anything, very well designed and decorated. My only advice is to check that the door codes work after checking in before that staff leaves for the night. It's a small hotel with a small staff so they're not always on site. We found out our front door code did not work and after a few calls were able to get a hold of someone to change it. Regardless, it's a beautiful space at a reasonable rate that should always be booked full!

The "Cosy Room" was great
We had the “cozy room” on the first floor. While it did not have a view, it had its own courtyard which was great. However, it was very quiet and great for sleeping. The room was also very modern and confortable. The location was a 10 minute walk to both the historic district and to the art district. There were many good, local restaurants within 10 minutes as well. Unlimited free parking is right across the street. Great hotel if you want something small, intimate and modern.
