We left our laundry and they tried to charge us 200€ for washing and drying roughly 30 pieces including mostly socks and undergarments. We complained because it took 4 days to get the laundry done then the 200€ ($223.00) price tag. They reluctantly lowered it to €100 and said they would only service the room every other day then. We got our room serviced 1 more time after our laundry debacle. It’s been 5 days since the last service. 1 bath towel each.

Hotel ziet er op de Foto’s mooier uit. Bij aankomst was er bijna niemand, kamer was oke, douche zag er niet echt goed uit, deze ook niet gebruikt. Ontbijt was niet veel. Ik zou hier niet nog een keer boeken. Personeel was wel vriendelijk.

Am ersten Tag war es schmutzig, u. a. längere Haare auf dem Fussboden. Minibar vereist. Fussboden am Fenster überschwemmt. Es lag ein Tierchen in der Riesenpfütze. Ohne Reklamation meinerseits zweiter Tag war das Zimmer sauber, frische Handbücher und die Minibar war abgetaut. Für italienische Verhältnisse sehe reichhaltiges Frühstück.
