Eu fiz uma reserva neste hotel, porém me levaram para um outro, que segundo eles era da mesma rede: "Hotel Nossa Senhora Aparecida". Quando me informaram da troca eu imaginei que seria outro local com as mesmas características do que eu havia reservado, no entanto, nos colocaram numa espelunca sem qualificação: quarto minúsculo, banheiro minúsculo com o vaso quase em baixo do chuveiro, sem porta de box ou uma simples cortina, a toalha era de microfibra, não enxugava, espalhava a água pelo corpo, o chuveiro molhava o cubículo todo e para secar nos ofereceram um rodo. Eu já viajei bastante mas nunca me deparei com acomodações tão deploráveis.

Localização espetacular. Fica muito próximo da Basílica Antiga e da Galeria Recreio, o que possibilita passeio noturno, porém, quem gosta de dormir com total silêncio, terá dificuldades, por está próximo da Dutra. O prédio está em reformas e por isso alguns quarts não são bons, mas pra mim, deu pra ficar de boa. Localização espetacular.

Estadia razoável - dentro do custo benefício.
Hotel - simples. Em reforma. O Banheiro muito pequeno e sem box e assim alagava todo o banheiro quando dos banhos. Ducha ´por aquecimento central (muito boa). Ficamos dois dias, não houve limpeza do quarto.

Fizemos reserva para 05 casais, no check-in não tinha quarto disponível para todos,tiveram que mandar 02 casais para outro hotel, a toalha de banho, parecia tudo, menos toalha, a unica exceção foi a atenção da funcionária Natalia que não mediu esforço para contornar a situação.

Alugamos um quarto, coloxaram outros no lugar da gente e dpois nos colocaram num quarto bem inferior. Alguns de nossos amigos mudaram até de hotel. Custaram entregar as toalhas e quando vieram eram novas mais horríveis, bem secava o corpo direito

Um hotel simples,porém quando entramos no quarto a pia do banheiro com vazamento avisamos a moça da recepção levou o cara para arrumar enquanto estávamos fora mas continuou o vazamento o café da manhã com muita variedade porém não tinha ninguém limpando as mesas demorava muito para limpar tinha que ter alguém nesse apoio

A estadia no hotel é ótima, a localização do hotel fica bem próximo a igreja Basílica de Aparecida e apenas alguns minutinhos da rodoviária da cidade, recomendo a hospedagem no hotel.
