Hotel limpo, bom atendimento, porém o café da manhã deixou a desejar, suco ruim, falta de produtos tipo bolos acabaram e não houve reposição, pães amanhecidos, café frio, ou seja, quem vai fazer o desjejum após as 08:00 horas não tem todos os itens.

Relação custo benefício muito boa. Estavamos de passagem e ficamos apenas uma noite. Atendimento ótimo desde a recepção, quarto, banheiro e chuveiro muito bons. Ótima vista para a basílica. Achei falta de um criado mudo em um dos lados da cama, muito útil para se colocar o celular, óculos, água, etc.

O atendimento do hotel é muito bom. Os quartos organizados e aconchegantes. Tem café da manhã com variedades. Se a hospedagem for em dia útil, o hotel dá uma cortesia de um tour guiado na Basílica. O hotel possui garagem e o único ponto de melhoria que coloco é que deve ser colocada uma cobertura na garagem, pois é a céu aberto.

A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas ficamos 2 diárias e não limparam nosso quarto. O café da manhã não condiz com o tipo de hotel, horrivel, presunto passado, frutas velhas e ovo estranho. Tv do nosso quarto não funcionava direito, 2 vezes chamamos para mostrar que a tv estava travando mas nada foi resolvido. Enfim, o hotel é novo mas está muito mal gerenciado. Não recomendo

Somente incomodaram a superlotação do restaurante nas refeições (típico de Aparecida pela quantidade de visitantes) e a barulheira no corredor devido aos hospedes mal-educados. De restante não tenho do que reclamar.

Atendimento bom, perto da basílica nova e da igreja velha. O Hotel é novo, ainda está bom, mas aparenta que não possuem muito cuidado. O restaurante do hotel não é bom, não tem muitas opções e o atendimento é demorado. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções.

Hotel novo , mas funcionários totalmente perdidos nas informações . Não trocaram nossos toalhas. Liguei na recepção ,o atendente disse que iria fazer a troca e nada . Outro ponto : no hotel no terraço tem um restaurante que acredito que não seja do hotel , mas é horrível ,péssimo atendimento , donos extremamente mal educados e sem funcionários para atender . Espero que o hotel reveja essa situação .
