The perfect place to stay in Berlin

This place does everything right. I hate apartments with a kitchen where they don't supply a dish cloth to wash dishes, a larger one to dry, dish soap, or a cutting board. Its the little things that can make or break a place. It was also spotlessly clean, excellently maintained and well laid out. Even though i arrived after their checkin cutoff time, the instructions were easy to follow. Bed was comfortable, couch was great to hang out on. And the location was perfect, central and close to so many museums, restaurants amd a huge grocery store. My start there could not have been better!

Liked: location, close to tourist sites and the grocery store. The apartment was enormous and lots of bedrooms. Especially liked the sitting area that faced the backside and quiet. Disliked: The kitchen was inadequate as missing basics like a sponge or cloth for cleaning up (asked and was given), many utensils missing for basic cooking and very small fridge

The apartment is good for a last minute booking in this area specially for the price, but far from a hotel feeling like. The entrance and hallways to get to the apartment are not good, no soap and shampoo, and no A/C.

The property was fantastic inside, although the communal walkways were a little tired and in need of an update. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The check in process was easy and the staff were really friendly. We were also extremely close to many of the attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is conveniently located and makes walking to many of the historical sites around Berlin very easy. The street is loud and there is no air conditioning but we appreciated that is was spacious and so centrally located.

It was nothing like you see on the hotels.com and amenities do not match the description. Not in great shape. In fact I sat on a dining chair and it literally split under me. Not even worth half the price I paid. Location is decent and check in staff were nice but the property is not what it looks like.

Great , spacious apartment in a perfect location for viewing the sights of Berlin. A couple of minor issues with the apartment, such as a damaged shower head but didn't cause problems. Communication with the apartments could be improved. The charged my card twice in advance of arrival despite the booking being pay on arrival. They did refund one payment but still incurred transaction fee charges sadly. Informed apartment I would be arriving after they close at 6pm, however I didn't receive instructions to pick up the keys until 5.55 which caused a bit of panic whilst travelling.

I thought I'd been diligent in making sure all our accommodations had air conditioning, but these apartments did not. Fortunately, the windows opened and it was cool outside. The apartment itself was large and comfortable. 5-6 minute walk to the u-bahn, which was great! There are also attractions nearby that are a short walk away.
