1 the wait staff were excellent 2 the breakfast was excellent 3 we were not provided clean dry towels for our 2nd day 4 the food in the restaurant was very limited and average 5 we stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and 2 nights at the end. I booked the last night and then I booked the second to last night. 2 bookings for 2 consecutive nights. 6 I was woken up at 11.30 pm with a phone call from reception wanting me to get dressed and go to reception to check out from the first night and re check in for the second night and then check out again in the morning. I didnt understand the logic in that. It upset me and I couldnt get back to sleep. The next morning I complained and received an email apology. But the whole episode tainted my stay. 7 a very noisy family had their own loud music playing through a speaker by the pool and the hotel never told them to turn it down as it was infringing on the other poolside guests enjoyment of the pool area. Again tainting the enjoyment of mt stay.

As good as it gets
There’s not much choice in Apia and this is about as good as it gets. I had a nice large room in an older establishment that could use some updating. Breakfast was barely adequate with few choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The alternative at the Sheraton was way too corporate and overpriced.

Check in time wasn't limited. It was convenient because my flight was delayed and l arrived at the hotel very late. It was wonderful that the hotel had tennis courts and volleyball net. A lot of kids enjoyed playing. It was bad that the king's bed was the one which two single beds just attached.

The staff were awesome. They helped make our stay more welcoming and comfortable. Just a few things though about the rooms, our first room, the main door had problems closing and opening but thanks to the staff who paid attention and resolved it straight away and gave us a new room. However the new room, the sliding door to the balcony wasnt functioning well it was hard to fully open it and close. We didnt mind it, but for future references it'll be nice to have it fixed. Other than that everything else was perfect. Cleaning services was good too. Will definitely coke and stay there again. Thank you 😊 Stay Blessed

The hotel was close to town which was good and local. We liked the pool facilities. If I could think of improvements it would be water refilling stations and improved food menu. Other than that it was good.

Overall the place and experience was very good. However, if I could change one thing it would be that the Hotel needs to purify its water so that the tap water is drinkable. We were recommended not to drink it but the ice provided in drinks and in the breakfast buffet was tap water. It meant we had diarrhea because it wasn't clean.

Lovely rooms - very professional and clean. Our only complaint was that the lady at reception told us the buffet breakfast was between 6:30am-7:30am - i questioned her that seemed extremely early. We had to set our alarm to get up that early (which was most annoying). We got to breakfast and I asked again and they said breakfast ended at 10:30am, so we were most annoyed we got up so early. Apart from that - a nice stay 😁
