This is a hidden gem. A little dated but very comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was nice. The pool area is very spacious and clean also. The attached bar and grill had great food, drinks and a fantastic spacious patio with 2 big fire pits. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway
The Clarion was perfect for our weekend getaway. The convenience of an adjoining restaurant and bar with great food was so convenient and we loved the natural salt pool and hot tub.

There is no elevator at this hotel not good for the elderly with bad knees or the disability. They do have first floor accommodations but you have the call them and set that up ahead of time.

The room was dusty. The floors were tile, and clearly hadn't been mop. There was dirt and even drink spills on the floor. Mirrors were dirty and streaky. Key access was difficult, they know the lock system is old and faulty. Had some nice features but over all needs updating.

We always love staying there. The only complaints I have are the pool could have an adult hour from 11:00 pm and close at midnight. Also the coffee that is offered in the rooms is absolutely horrible! It tastes like drinking dirt water.

Plenty of parking. One issue - NOT the fault of Clarion - was that street repair/construction made it a bit difficult to access the frontage road on which the motel was located. Only personal issue I had was that, for some reason, I had trouble initially getting my key card to work properly; after a few tries, I finally got it!
