Check in was great - the employee at the front was personable, chatty and gave great tips for visiting the area! There were a few off things about our room including what looked like food smeared on a section of our wall and a stained pillowcase, but nothing to majorly complain about at the front desk. We requested a pool view room which was super convenient when traveling with my children. We could walk right out our doors and through the security gate to the pool area, which was set up for family fun. The other guests enjoying the water were sweet and overall we had a great stay! The breakfast area was out of butter and a few other basic things at 7:30 on a Friday morning. Again, nothing to complain about but I did mention it to an employee who said that they were aware. It was what it was, I made the most of my waffles and most importantly there was ample amounts of coffee!

Slept well but accommodations mediocre

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Unfortunately it seemed that the room had not been tended too recently. There were no caffeinated coffee pods, a lightbulb was out in the bathroom, the hook on back of bathroom door was broken. In general the room just seemed a bit drab. Free breakfast is always nice but this one was very mediocre. I stayed three nights and found nothing very interesting for breakfast any of the mornings. The most difficult issue was the lack of an elevator. My room was on the second floor and dragging my luggage up the stairs late at night on my arrival from airport was not a good start to my stay.

The hotel's reviews and ratings do not accurately reflect its poor quality, which was a significant disappointment given the wasted expenditure and unpleasant experience. The rooms were unclean, and my shower and tub were clogged. The hotel's floors were dirty, necessitating footwear at all times, as walking barefoot from the bathroom to the bed left my feet visibly dirty. Despite maximum air conditioning, the room's humidity rendered my bedsheets damp, affecting even my packed clothes. Furthermore, the surrounding area was unsafe, with random individuals consuming alcohol in the parking lot, littering, and congregating near the back entrance to my room. One late-night return found them obstructing the entrance, watching us enter the hotel, which felt intimidating. Although the pool was pleasant, it required better water maintenance, evident from its murky appearance. The sole redeeming quality was the friendly front desk staff; otherwise, this hotel falls short of expectations and requires substantial upgrades, improved ventilation, and enhanced security.

We were in a great famil room for 6 that had 2 king beds, sofa sleeper, desk, table with 4 chairs, cupboard area w/counter, refrigerator, microwave. Very spacious. There's a nice pool also. Highly recommend. Good location

The breakfast was excellent. The pool area was perfect. Honestly, all the place needs is the old 1972 carpet pulled out. A little makeover. Other than that I thought the hotel itself was great

Not wild about the older hotel. Keys don’t work on multiple occasions with trips walking back and forth to keep getting new ones made. Noisy. Kids in the pool area being well kids, yelling and such until after 11 PM which is the quiet hours. Too late for us. No elevator for 2nd floor, so had to carry everything to and from the room.
