The Copper Leaf is one of our favorite places to stay when in Appleton. The accommodations are always superb! There is an excellent restaurant within the building (The Rye) I would highly recommend

Convenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast.

Property was nice. Rye Restaurant is great. Staff at both were very helpful. I was suprised Rye was not open for breakfast. The Spa is still closed. Also part of the reason I booked this hotel was for the fireplace in the room but the way the room is situated, you could not see/enjoy it (at the very foot of the bed).

Overall the hotel was very nice. The spa on the property is not operating. I received an email during my stay that the spa has ceased operations and they’re trying to find a new tenant. Also the 24h hot tub is broken due to a pipe breaking.

This is a nice hotel and I've stayed there over 15 times over the course of the year. It's not fancy but it gets the job done. The staff is always kind and if you're looking to stay in downtown Appleton this is the route to go!
