The rooms were fresh and up-to-date. Very quiet. The shades blocked out the light so you can sleep comfortably. One of the best places we’ve stayed in.

The staff were great! My room could use a dusting of the wall shelving and pictures as there was a noticable enough of dust built up. But my only real complaint was that the shower pressure was very minimal. It was more of a dribble and needs to be checked. Otherwise I really like this hotel.

The room was just ok. The shower had some serious issues. The water would only go up thru the shower, not the tub spout. The shower head had one of those adjustable flow choices, but it was not working and we could only get a little trickle. The sitting chair in the living room was nasty dirty and needs to be throw away.

I'm not sure what kind of deoderizer you use on the carpets but it is VERY over bearing for those who are sensitive to smells this is not ideal by any means The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again. Thank you.

Wry clean hotel with an above average breakfast buffet. Convenient location at the Fox River retail area and minutes to the Airport. The Assistant GM Angel was great to chat with; hardest worker they have (she was there all three days of our stay; early morning and late night.
