Hotel was generally run down - holes in the ceilings, broken / ragged furniture, toilets that flush every hour on their own, broken tub drains, stained carpets, scuffed paint, etc. Basically, it used to be a Marriott, but apparently got sold, and now it is a Mainstay, and desperately needs cleaning and updating. Beyond that, we found someone else's food still in our room, and the buffet for breakfast is about the most basic and sad breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. If you are looking for a super cheap place to lay your head at night, go for it - the location is pretty perfect next to the mall, and the indoor heated pool is small but a nice touch fkr the kids. I dont think youll write home about how wonderful the hotel is, but again, if you just need a place to sleep without spending a fortune, this would be it. You get about what you pay for.

Our family spent the night in a 2 bedroom family suite. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious but a bit in need of updating. Great place for the price. Lisa was very warm & friendly at check out.

The room was very nice, however we did NOT appreciate the 2 liter bottle of Coke nor the wrapper that was on the floor between the couch & chair. When I went to the front desk to tell them, he was not really concerned. His comment was “oh, the cleaning staff must have missed it, sorry”. Very disappointed
