The pool and hot tub were out of commission due to renovations. The A/C was loud so I had to turn it off for the night. The window had a torn screen so I couldn't keep it open for bugs to fly in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. They started construction on the lobby at 7 am which disrupted my breakfast.

My stay was good , up until half way through my stay they shut down the pool and the gym and laundry area for construction. It was so loud during breakfast, I took my food up to my room. If I knew i could have made other arrangements. All in all this hotel was good bedsides this . The staff is also wonderful.

No Room Service for 7 Days

Hotel has a policy where they will only clean the room every 7 - 8 days. Had to ask multiple times for a room clean. Had to ask multiple times for clean towels. Had to ask multiple times for them to empty the trash in the room. Not a good choice if you are in this area.

Booked for EAA. Room was not cleaned the whole of our 6 day stay but we did get clean towels when we asked. The breakfast was pretty basic and by the last day of our stay the choice was very limited as they said they had run out of food! I feel the hotel was very overpriced for what it was, but this will have been due to the heavy demand for accommodation during Oshkosh. It may be better at other times of the year.

This hotel was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to the Fox River Mall so the dining options seemed endless! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
