Hotel desorganizado, sujo, piscina suja, quartos com roupas de cama velhas e sujas, colchão nojento, banheiro cheio de lodo. O café da manhã não comporta todos os hóspedes pois não possui mesas suficientes e não tem reposição das coisas.

Horrivel. Hotel em pessimas condições, o banheiro tinha uma goterira na direção do acento sanitário quando sentava-se recebia gotejadas na cabeça, ao tomar banho o banheiro inundava, tinha infestações de baratinhas. Não limpam as coisas, tinha lençóis sujos e q nao era do tamanho do colchão. O cafe da manha era uma guerra, nao haviam lugares suficientes para sentar, tinha q aguardar, nao haviam pratos e alimentos suficientes. Quando recolocavam pratos, não tinham xícaras, realmente nao teve nada para salvar a estadia.

Pelo custo benefício, hotel satisfatório. O café da manhã de boa qualidade, mas a equipe foi insuficiente para atender a demanda dos hóspedes durante o café. Quarto de boa qualidade, porém com a tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada e box de vidro faltando a porta.

Muito sujo e inseguro

Péssimo local. Ambiente sujo, desconfortável e inseguro. A porta da varanda não tinha tranca. O banheiro estava com mofo. O acesso ao estacionamento é terrível e os corredores fediam a cigarro. Não recomendo a ninguém.

O expresso Aracaju, a localização é boa, mas, poucos funcionários para atender , o meu quarto não tinha toalha e demorou muito até que eu conseguisse uma, a internet toda hora cai, poderiam dar mais uma caprichada na limpeza da área externa, ressalto que o barulho de aviões são intensos, por ser próximo ao aeroporto.

Pior hotel que já vi na vida, atendente da recepção lerda e ruim, não tem nenhuma desenvoltura. Mesmo sendo um hotel simples, a fila do check-in ficou enorme, porque ela era péssima. Ao chegar no quarto, banheiro não tinha toalha, não tinha pano de chão nem toalhas de rosto. Frigobar velho e desligado. Foi absolutamente terrível. A experiência foi tão ruim que saímos antes do café da manhã no dia seguinte.

Insatisfatória

Veja, quando me atentei para as avaliações já tinha fechado a reserva. Ainda assim, me apaguei à de um casal também de Brasília, que fez elogios. Como já vinha ressabiada, o que primeiro encontrei no quarto foi UMA IMENSA BARATA VOADORA! Qual foi a decepção ao constatar que as fronhas estavam sujas e fedorentas. Os lençóis só encardidos e manchados. SEM TOALHAS... Fui à recepção e me deram toalhas e fronhas, isso pq cheguei mais de 1 hora da manhã. O susto foi maior quando vi que os travesseiros eram velhos e imundos, portanto, não há fronhas que tapem o fedor! Quanto ao café da manhã, diversificado. Único problema que, ao chegar cedo, enfrenta-se fila. Ao chegar tarde, acaba sem reposição de itens. Verdadeiramente? NÃO INDICO! E, se Deus quiser, não voltarei, mesmo a localização sendo excelente! Aracaju também deixa muito a desejar. Tão cara quanto Maceió e Brasília. Faz-se propagando da PRESENÇA DO CARANGUEJO como carro chefe. Andei toda a "Passarela" e apenas 2 restaurantes serviam o tal prato e alguns derivados. E apenas 1 também com drinks. Deus me livre de uma areia tão pesada e tão imensa até o mar!!! Não vi beleza nem o conforto propagados!!!

Minha estadia foi péssima era pra ficarmos 3 dias ficamos apenas 1 porque chegamos tarde para o chek in e não encontramos outro de imediato esse hotel e muito ruim nada haver com as fotos que eles colocamno site homel muito velho caindo os pedaços sujeira pra todo lado camas sujas e colchões muito velhos banheiro entupido e sujo uma experiência muito ruim
