Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area. Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss. For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel.

Atendimento péssimo, sem cortesia alguma. Sem atendimento de quarto. Sem recepção. Funcionários sem nenhuma solicitude, ao contrário, ficam sentados nos sofás da recepção, ou dormindo ou mexendo no celular, sem nenhuma atenção com o hóspede.

Não tive oportunidade de subir a cobertura e ter acesso a vista, pois é fechado em determinados horário, que pode ser por motivos de segurança, mas creio que seria interessante ter este acesso livre para usufruir da vista. Sobre o quarto não tenho o que reclamar, pois a estrutura atendeu muito bem ao nosso propósito que foi pernoitar.

Primeira e última vez!

O valor igual ou até maior do que alguns hotéis na região mais central da Beira mar me surpreendeu de uma suíte ser relativamente Nova em sua estrutura e não ter um frigobar. O serviço de restaurante que tem demora demais não aconselho pedir quem tiver com fome, mas o pior mesmo foi porque fui dar uma volta na cidade e voltando mesmo antes da minha estadia vencer já fiquei bloqueado onde dei três viagens ao quarto e não desbloqueavam a minha entrada para eu retirar minhas coisas, sem contar que só abriram não me deram a chave novamente tive que arrumar minhas bagagens no calor porque não podia ligar o ar nem nada de eletricidade além do recepcionista me ligar a cada cinco minutos perguntando se eu ia renovar a estadia. Apesar de ser um ambiente novo em questão de estrutura não volto.
