A castle with pools and a beach. Mix of old and new. Good for a 3 star resort. You get what you pay for. Average food and drinks. Entertainment ends at 10pm. No wifi in rooms therefore, no netflix on the tv. So hanging out in your room after the fun can be boring. Taxi is available to and from Fortaleza Airport.

2) Crítica para melhoria: Serviam bebidas alcoólicas e cerveja zero, todavia a marca não era a mesma, e o Gerente disse que era por motivo de economia!? Creio que o proprietário desse negócio não diria isto ao cliente, serviam cerveja Budweiser e Brahma com álcool e a cerveja zero era *ITAIPAVA*, aliado ao fato que nem tinha quase, acabava na piscina e o barmen dizia que só teria na janta!! Poxa, a diária de vcs não é barata, saímos de SP, isto é motivo de deixar chateado, e fiz esta crítica no primeiro dia, e a história era motivo de economia! Bem tenho que passar minha impressão para vcs melhorarem neste quesito!

Faltaram mais funcionarios em dias e horários de pico para atender nos bares da piscina e limpeza das mesas e também mais vezes a limpeza do banheiro da piscina. Nas mesas não havia porta guardanapo

Confesso que fomos sem muitas expectativas, mas fomos surpreendidos positivamente. O all inclusive embora não seja premium, mas oferece sempre produtos de qualidade. O cardápio e diversidade do restaurante são ótimos. Para o nosso filho, as recreações foram ótimas e as “tias e tios” sempre atenciosos e cuidadosos. Os atendentes de modo geral eram sempre prestativos. A equipe de bar também super simpática e prontos para atender e sem muita “pena” de bebida… o que é excelente. Único ponto que não gostamos foi com relação a limpeza. Quando chegamos o quarto estava limpo, fizemos a solicitação de limpeza no segundo dia e infelizmente saímos e não foi feito. Solicitei por telefone e na recepção, mas não foram.
