Room was very clean

I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. The manager was wonderful — very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. She also gave me useful guidance and recommendations, which made my stay even easier. The property is located on the second floor of a regular residential-style building, accessible by stairs. From the outside it looks like a normal building, but inside you find all the hotel apartments. Everything is very well maintained, clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Nine Rooms if you are looking for a spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-located place to stay in Yerevan. I would happily stay here again.

Walking distance to downtown

Room was okay but very loud at all hours (partially because of the neighborhood) but access can be tough if you have large luggage as it only has a half-circle le spiral staircase. Most annoying is that staff was very put-offish and would not even attempt to accommodate any requests as other hotels typically do (such as luggage storage).

The Villa is conveniently located in the downtown just a short walk from Republic Square. The entire area is very walkable with shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The inside of the Villa is quaint but needs some updates to the bed linens and towels (holey and not because the country has a lot of churches). The breakfast is a shared experience. In the room, need information sheet on how to use television. There was no hair dryer, and the shower doors need replaced due to rust in the mechanism as well as the pungent sewer smell. A plus is the hot water. There was a communication issue as well with the night staff knocking on my door at 0015 to inquire if I had checked out early. Yet, I had seen him when I came in at 1900 the night before. To say the least it was not convenient or appreciated as I was leaving in 2 hours and didn’t get as much sleep as I had hoped. Overall, the location is nice but the place needs to make some updates.

On our first few days of stay, a section of the glass door was missing in the bathroom. Therefore the shower area was partially exposed to the rest of the bathroom area. They told us that the missing piece was ordered and they were waiting to receive it so they could install it back.
