We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. One of our favorite parts was the swimming pool. It was never crowded, so we felt like we had our own private pool and could truly relax. The views with the beautiful cacti around the property made the place even more special. We also used the BBQ area for dinner and had a wonderful, quiet evening together. Everything felt cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind. We would definitely love to come back!

The cups for drinks were miniature sized so you have to go back for multiple. The elevators were old and we almost got stuck in one. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The construction next door was a huge inconvenience as it was very loud every day all day. The buffet food was average. The specialty restaurants were great. The beach and pool areas were nice but you have to wake up very early to get a good beach spot as it fills up quickly. Compared to other RIU palaces the lobby and property overall was underwhelming and did not offer great views of the beautiful beach areas.

The restaurants was really good and the pool and beach was good. One big complaint was they don’t have enough beach towels for their guests I went first day at 4 pm no towels I said ok it late then day 2 I went at 10 am still no towels. Other thing was one of our beds was sunken in like broken. Staff was nice.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Isabelle was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay, very clean. The staff is super friendly. Avoid the PureDeli, but the wave shack and PureBeach are a lot of Fun with decent food for a resort. If you’re looking to party stay at the RIU, this one is more family friendly and is quiet around 11. We came for our honeymoon and had a blast. Close enough to everything to walk but far enough where you’re not trapped around the party and tourists. Can’t reiterate enough how great the staff was at the front desk and the purebeach/waveshack
