First off, I booked on Expedia. I get to the motel and was met with a rude manager that said I have to pay a $25 incident fee for any damages, which I’ve never encountered before. The toilet barely flushed after my wife’s simple urination.
Then in the am I go to take a shower and it wouldn’t get hot. Deficated in toilet and it wouldn’t flush. Now I’m charged $25 for a toilet that wouldn’t flush before I even got there. Total scam. Total scam. Total scam. I will be reporting this location to the franchise board for inspection and violation of general amendments.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. As a paying customer/guest I should be able to change rooms if there is something wrong in the room I was given. Microtel doesn't think that way at all. Call them crazy but they believe a customer should.be treated with the lease amount of empathy available and if they have a problem...just call the cops....they will leave the property and the motel keeps their money. It's a lose-win situation!! One of the worse motels in town.

I didn’t get there because of the winter storms but every time I come there, they’re very polite and the rims are always clean. I’ve never seen any dirt or bugs or nothing there and there’s even a McDonald’s and a loves that has a subway in it and they cook pizza too right across the street if you’re looking for a place off the highway and away from town but buy stuff and there’s a movie theater down the road
Worst hotel in Ardmore. It stinks and they steal your $25 deposit so don’t expect to get that back. Overall the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed it. Do not stay here!!
The place was in decent shape but a dog barked half rhe night and all morning just across the hall from us. Apparently, the owner of the dog left the property and just left the dog in the room (the clerk told me the guest claimed it was a service dog), if it was a service dog it would have been better trained and the guest wouldn't have left the dog alone. Wasn't able to sleep at all, ruined my stay.
Room had holes in the walls and ceiling, bugs crawling around on the floor. Did not end up staying there

At check in, I was asked to sign a piece of paper.The paper wasn't legitable, it needed ink in the printer.I told him i'm not signing something I can't read.He wadded it up and told me I had to leave.So that tells me that he's trying to rip me off.So I never stayed at your establishment
When we arrived there was active construction happening in the lobby. They told us that no breakfast or coffee would be provided although it advertised breakfast and our reservation included breakfast. We left and found a better hotel. The lobby was a construction site and loud and covered in dust. They did not inform us of the situation. The front desk staff were also very rude. This is the first time we have ever encountered a situation at a hotel that was this bad.

I have stayed here before and was one of my favorites hotel to stay. Room was descent beds are very comfortable but ran into some Issues with the Internet connecting to TV. Some towels had stains. It was under construction receptionist did say no breakfast due to all the remodeling but did say there be coffee. But NO coffee the next morning!
Room was a non-smoking room, and still smelled like cigarettes smoke. Beds were very uncomfortable. Some of the staff were very rude the morning of Check out
