Upon walking in the room was very hot and muggy. Didn’t think much of it and went to turn the air down, room temp on thermostat read 78*, turned the temp down to 60* to cool it by the time we returned later that evening. The room never got down below 74* the entire stay. There was broken/loose tile in the bathroom, bathroom door would slam loudly if you didn’t catch it and the bed was hard and make it feel like sleeping on the ground. Overall not worth the money spent for a nights stay but was all that was available for the night in the area.

There was a cricket in the hallway. No soap in the shower. The plastic strip attached to the carpet on the first floor came detached when my handicapped husband walked in from the parking lot, and he almost tripped. We asked for an extra blanket or sheet, and manager told front desk assistance it was not allowed to give them out- I have NEVER been told that in all my hotel stays.

We will not be staying again. The property was dirty. The pillow cases were stained, torn carpet, bed was uncomfortable and had shredded material hanging from the base.

Location was perfect since we were going to the WinStar casino, but that was about it! The lady at the front desk was very rude, we showed up at 2 & check in was at 3, so we asked if we could leave our luggage & she said no & that our rooms were ready but since we booked through Expedia we couldn’t check in till exactly 3! She didn’t let us use the bathrooms in the lobby, she said she had bleach all over them. We’ll never stay there again

Casino visit

Check-in was excellent and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately, checkout was handled poorly — I was told I’d be charged a full night if not out by 11:30, despite confirming I’d leave by 11:45. I checked out at 11:25, but my wife, who was unwell, was rushed by housekeeping. For the price paid, a little flexibility and understanding would have made a big difference.

The room is very spacious and perfect for small family stays. The breakfast offered fast and simple options that still satisfied. The water for shower was about extra slippery in a way, not bad, but noticeable. Would definitely book again. The family enjoyed it.
