We asked for a extra pillow and blanket. She said they didn't have extra blankets or pillows and she was very rude about it. I asked for handicap bathroom and didn't get that either. Regular bathroom, and it was very hard on my sister. I was trying to give my sisters a great time .

Nice place to stay! Very easy to get to the casino either by walking or driving Rooms were very spacious and clean and comfortable. Pool was closed for some reason. Nice continental breakfast too!

The location is great and he probably I had was the AC unit was not cooling that too I brought it up to the front desk they said I lowered the AC unit to low. So I left it at 74 as I hey recommended to me. So when I got back from the casino the room was at 78 I told front desk one more time they went upstairs and reset it AC. It did not salve the problem. Other than that check out is at 1130 if you go past a minute they will charge you a days rate. Not a late fee.

This hotel is way over priced and should only be considered if nothing else is available. 1st, the door to the hotel room scrapes the floor when you try to push it open. 2nd the toilet got stopped up and my husband had to use their plunger to unstop it because, there was no maintenance onsite at that time. The night desk attendant was asleep at the desk (after 1:00 am) & lastly the breakfast they offer only consisted of mostly pre-packaged items. For over cost of $300.00 for the night is asking too much for this hotel.
