Arenitas Blancas Vacation Packages

We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. We woke up during the night and could smell the sewage. The place was ok other than the terrible smell, There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or microwave in our room.

Exceptional

I loved loved this property. The staff went above and beyond for my brother, his family, and me. The property is stunning and cannot recommend it enough. I will be back. Location is perfect. Thank you thank you!!!

This is an amazing place to stay, very clean room, the hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Staff are great, friendly and very knowledgeable, nice people!! Pool area is not to big but u can seat on it and watch the sunset.

The best part was the breakfast. It was delicious and fresh, great coffee. The staff was very helpful for the most part. The room was old, dirty ceiling fan. Very bad wifi, on and off inside the room, none in the hallway. Elevator working well but in very bad condition.

Excelente atención, súper recomendable. Muy amable todo el staff. Vuelta segura!
