My stay at this hotel was truly lovely. The girl at the reception was extremely kind and helpful from the very beginning. I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, and she let me check in a little early, which I really appreciated – it was such a nice and thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful – I loved the rustic charm, the antique keys, and how peaceful and quiet everything was. The view near the volcano was stunning, and the location is perfect: you can easily walk to great restaurants and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Everything about this place was just so nice – warm, cozy, and full of character. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is clean and has modern bathroom. It is close to the plaza de Armas and has a great view of the city and the volcano. The breakfast is nice. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

I recently stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel and had a fantastic experience. They were accommodating enough to let us check in early, which was a great start to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful, made fresh just for us, and we loved enjoying it on the gorgeous terrace overlooking the city. Our room was comfortable, and we also had a delightful dining experience at the restaurant with good food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a charming stay in Arequipa.

We had 7 days in Arequipa and really LOVED our stay here. It is a beautiful and clean property-the patio room had a beautiful set up and fantastic shower. Absolutely no “neighbour “ noise from other rooms- completely quiet! Beautiful view of Misti Volcano, the Basilica and Monastery. Breakfast on the terrace was made to order fresh and tailored- FANTASTIC! But most importantly are the lovely, kind and professional people that work there- THANK YOU!

Staff is friendly and Juan was a consummate host, server, bartender- always made the experience welcoming. Breakfast was made to order on a pretty terrace overlooking the city and its mountains. A 10-15 min walk on uneven sidewalk, across the river. Check out the Monasterie Recolata - so peaceful in morning - cloisters/historical library/view from bell tower
