Our room was the closest to the road, so it was a bit loud, but it’s still a great choice for Arequipa! Lovely, standalone property!

I have stayed in 20+ hotels in Peru, including other Costa Del Sol locations. Their hotel in Arequipa is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had, better than any hotel I’ve used in USA, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Staff was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Arequipa and I will not even consider staying anywhere else. This hotel is FANTASTIC. And the staff is the best part. A+++

Not a 5 star hotel as it is supposed to be

The heating and air-conditioning never reached the set temperature. Everyday I had to ask the reception for bottle of water and coffee capsules. They never replaced them. The location is a bit out of the way. No other restaurants near by.
