Convenient, clean and bright studio in Arezzo!
We loved this little studio apartment in Arezzo. It was convenient to the train station, clean and full of sunshine off the balcony. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating. We have no complaints but as an unusually tall person I do offer one warning...the shower is very small!

Great Location
Amazing value for money this close to the main sights and train station. Having the kitchen was fantastic as we were able to buy produce and cook rather than eating out for every meal. The wine bar associated with this accommodation was also top quality, with light meals and delicious desserts available. A perfect base for exploring the old-town area of Arezzo.

Arezzo Stay
We used this room as our home base to see Arezzo and traveled to Florence, Pisa and Rome. We needed a place that had parking and out of the TLZ zone. This is a room in an multi room complex, so there are no cleaning services during the stay. That worked good for us, as we prefer to not use the service even at a regular hotel. Erik - the Owner was very nice and was reachable if needed. The shower is a little small, but being from the US we are used to larger in everything.

Pessima esperienza
Nessuna disponibilita' a fare il check in dopa le ore 20 ho dovuto pagare una note an che in un altro hotel perche il mio volo non mi permetteva di arrivare in tempo. Il giorno successive il responsabile della struttura si rendeva disponibile solo alle ore 13 oppure alle ore 14'30. Pulizia scarsa, nessun cambio di biancheria per tutta la settimana del soggiorno.

Viva como um italiano em Arezzo.
Perfeita opção para quem vai para Arezzo. É um apartamento muito bem montado, com toda a estrutura para viver alguns dias como um legítimo italiano. Compras no supermercado próximo e cozinhar todas aquelas delícias na sua própria casa! Super bem localizado, está a uma quadra da estação de trem. A única coisa é que nas fotos e descrição, parece que vai encontrar um vinho no quarto, uma vez que é Bed & Wine. Porém, isto não ocorre. O proprietário, o simpático e acessível, Erik, lhe presenteia com um vale desconto para comprar vinhos em sua vinheria. A parte esta questão, recomendo muito! Ótima opção de hospedagem em Arezzo.

Buen apartamento, con todo lo necesario; El dueño, encantador y muy servicial. El único problema, que pese a estar bien situado del centro y de la estación, es una zona y un edificio no demasiado recomendable...Una lástima, pues por lo demás, excepcional.

Molto bello il monolocale, completo di tutte le attrezzature e ad un prezzo contenuto. Cordialità del personale. Unico neo: stazione molto vicina e passaggio dei treni un pò rumoroso.
