What a wonderful place to stay.

Loved this property! Great location. Charming Ralph Lauren Vibe. Most importantly, the room was cleaned daily, desk staff was beyond helpful and friendly, amenities were great. Stay here. You will love it!

Nice location easy to train station able to walk staff so sweet, breakfast delicious and so so clean luxury stay

Beautiful room! Helpful staff, spacious bathroom, nice to have soda and beer available for purchase after a warm day. Note the city tax has to be paid in cash, and there is no elevator until you get to the second floor.

Centrally located, high quality furnishings and bathrooms. Only thing is we would have liked to have one large bottle of complimentary water rather than having to refill ourselves. Breakfast was great and the lady who runs it kind and helpful. Enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend or stay again.

A great budget hotel in a fantastic central location. Despite being so central it was in a side street so quiet at night. Rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast was buffet-style with cereal, fruit, croissants etc. I stayed there for 2 weeks and have no complaints at all. Excellent value for money.

We couldn’t have had a more enjoyable day at this fabulous hotel. The staff responded to our every whim and even anticipated some! And its location right in the center of historic Florence cannot be beat. We will be back again!
