The property is old and not taken care of. The bathroom door was cracked and broken at the bottom. The mat in the bathtub is coming up. The water in the bathtub does not drain properly.

The lock did not work right on the door, the water in the shower was steaming hot and it was hard to turn off, the coffee pot did not work. The check in told me there was breakfast but did not tell me correct time, so I missed it.....I don't like having to give a deposit for a one night stay...

My room had an odor to it. The room was non smoking but someone definitely smoked in it. The tv was tiny, the bathroom is tiny too. My shower and toilet were both clogged and required maintenance to address it. The gym is tiny. Breakfast was good, the food was good and there’s a good variety. Cleanliness was ok. My room was very dim, they should do something about lighting to make it brighter. For the price it was a good hotel overall.

The place is just a dump with rude staff. It’s also not a hotel as the room doors open to the outside. Simply put, stay elsewhere.

This motel was conveniently located close to bus stops that took us to the Metro system. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a discounted hotel.

The customer service is -0/10 very rude agents with the exception of the lady who did the check out. Old property not well maintained:( . In the beginning, breakfast was very limited because the owner or manager said not to serve eggs, beacon or pancakes, leaving the guests only with coffee and bread. The housekeeping manager/ supervisor also forgot was a real customer service is, very rude guy. The only thing we like about the property was that it was very convenient to other areas.
