It was fine for what we needed. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room. The location was good- an easy walk to metro and then to the National Mall area. Breakfast was just okay- enough to get us started for the day.

Room was clean and comfortable but nothing special. The person working the front desk was terrible. I needed to put our luggage in storage. She hands ME the key to do it myself. When I came back to get it, no one was at the front desk for almost 15 minutes or so. I was looking for someone, knocked on the door. Noticed that the phones were taken off the receiver. I walked to the rear near the kitchen and asked if someone was working the front desk and was told she’s coming. She walks up and says to me, yeah? I said I’d like my luggage that’s in the storage room. She doesn’t say anything to me and looks annoyed that I’m there again. Hands me the key while she proceeds to put the phones back and takes a call. I grab my luggage, hand her the keys, says nothing but she’s talking to a guest on the phone and says if you want something, you’ll have to come down here and get it yourself. Wow! She shouldn’t be working at the front desk. And I’ll never stay there again. The person who checked us in the prior evening was very nice!!

Amazing property with reasonable prices. The property and rooms are well maintained and cleaned. It’s just 15 mins drive from National Mall, that too with Free covered parking and complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend as great stay for your DC trip!

Room was clean. There were mouse traps in the room. Upper management stinks. I accidently paid in full under no refund. Even though I tried to change or cancel the reservation hotel management refused to work with me even though I tried to change two months prior to check in. For this reason, I will no longer stay at a Choice 0r Comert inn hotel
