The toilet in one of the rooms we booked would not flush. We were told that the issue would be resolved after the first night, but it was never fixed even after the third night we were there. We had to fill the ice bucket with water to flush the toilet. The walls were thin and you could hear every conversation in the room next to you clearly

This hotel is conveniently located and offers free breakfast and parking. Breakfast hours end at 9 and I wish that the hours would be extended a bit, especially on weekends when people want to rest. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We did run into a small misunderstanding upon checking out…the sign on the back of the room door said checkout at 12 noon but we were told they are old signs and checkout is actually at 11 (as per room key sleeve cover). To be honest, the writing on sleeve cover is so tiny that only Superman could read it! lol Plus, we take the key out to put in our wallet, making their argument invalid. I suggested they change the signs on the door so not to mislead hotel guests.

My recent stay at the Comfort Inn Pentagon City and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what I needed after long days of exploring the area. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the Pentagon, Arlington, and a short Metro ride into D.C., making sightseeing super easy. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—plenty of options, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value, great service, and a cozy place to relax. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

The door between our room and the one next to ours didn't lock and the guy in the room next to ours tried to come into our room but my daughter held the door shut. She moved the desk in front of the door and told the lady at the front desk. The front desk lady called the guy in the room next to ours and told him to stay out of our room, that was it? No one offered to fix the door? The room was not that clean and some of that staff weren't that nice. We won't be staying here again.
