Hotel was ok while in town attending a funeral. Charging additional for parking under the hotel i thought was a bit outrageous at $28 per night after booking with hotel. Parking is at a premium in that entite Arrington area.

Recently stayed here while attending a conference in DC and I must say the staff is absolutely phenomenal! There were issues with my reservation but Ryan made sure everything was resolved. Raquan and CJ at the front desk were the best! I travel for work often and can attest that the staff here truly value their guests. I can tell they are slowly making upgrades to the rooms which makes me look forward to my next stay even more…Definitely will be a returning guest!

I only rated the area around the property as one less star than other ratings because there was a lot of bird watchers and poop but the city was out there every morning cleaning. It doesn’t bother my experience at all but it was a little unsightly.

Very nice hotel, roomy, very accomodating staff. The major drawback was that except for a desk chair, the only seating was a loveseat that was not comfortable.

Ok but there are better options nearby
Not the best stay, arrived late after a long journey, staff were friendly but first room I got given hadn’t been cleaned so had to go back to reception, second room was very noisy due to proximity to the ice machine and the noisiest ac unit ever! By that time I didn’t have the energy to go back again so used earplugs. Otherwise the room was clean but tired. Bed was ok, not super comfortable although they are replacing all the beds at the moment so that might change.
