Shower water was barely lukewarm, had trouble keeping the room warm. Service was great, room was very clean. Price wasnt bad, was a little upset we had to pay for extra to park in the garage or anywhere on the grounds. We had 2 cars so that was $200 more than i expected. Think i will plan on another hotel for the next trip at Easter.

Property was clean and odor free. Easy room accessibility, along with everything needed was in the room. Love the happy hour free drinks as well as included healthy breakfast. For a Hilton I expected a little better. There was an issue with my room and it was called to be fixed but the problem wasn’t fixed. I was told that it was going to take a few hours for the issue to resolve. That’s not something you want to hear when you are spending a good chunk of money on a stay. I had to be the one to ask to switch rooms due to how much of an inconvenience it had become. The room that I was switched to was more of a downgrade of what I originally paid for. Plus parking was a bit of a fight. It was either not enough space in the garage or the parking spaces were so close, it was concerns about others damaging our car. Other wise, breakfast was good. Loved the complimentary drinks per person as well. Love that it was peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean and cozy for the most part.

I have stayed here a few times now and almost everything was great. Just two very small issues: 1) Our soap container was empty and never refilled even after I asked the housekeeping staff and the front desk about it; 2) there was only one remote for the two TVs, which seems very strange. Other than those things, though, it was very good. Have stayed before and almost certainly will again.
