The reception desk didnt do a proper validation of my identity or reservation and ended up giving me a key card for a room that was already occupied, leading me to walk in on someone in their room. Second, the elevators were out of order when I arrived and I had to climb 8 flights of stairs to my room with my luggage. The common areas of the hotel were also about 85 degrees and extremely crowded. Wouldnt recommend staying. Only redeeming quality was the bed was comfortable.

I guess for the Hilton I just had a high expectation. There was a stain on the couch. The headboard was super scratched up so the material was missing and there was an absolute poor patch job above the bathroom and also looked horrible. Not worth the money paid at all. I wish I booked at the original place I was thinking just a few miles down the street.
