Beautiful lobby & room! Room was clean, comfortable bed and bedroom. We stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor. Only recommendation is raise the room tv a little higher. With the bed being high it is a little awkward.

Beautiful hotel but lacked routine services

The lobby and room was beautiful and spacious. I was very disappointed that while paying the same each night, we only got housekeeping every other day. To get more towels and coffee we had to make special requests. The first day we had 2 bottles of water but that is only the first day. If I’m paying the same rate each day I feel I should get the same service every day. The toilet NEVER worked properly. Maintenance kept coming in and saying it was fixed but it never was. After 4 maintenance workers coming in, I finally gave up and learned to just keep flushing until it flushed. I would have expected a manager to check in with us after the first 2 times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The original room had a minor issue, but it was promptly and effectively resolved. Despite allowing pets, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and you couldn’t tell it was pet-friendly, even in the common areas. I plan to return and will definitely choose this hotel again. The area offers a wide range of activities and diverse food options to explore.
