We stayed at this hotel when we had a cancellation in our flight, the hotel staff was very nice and accomdating and very clean. Shuttle driver was timely and very friendly! Thank you very much! We will be back!

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for years and the condition of this property was a big surprise for me. It was not up to par from the breakfast to just the condition of the room. There was construction going on outside and even though it looked upgraded, it was very worn and needed to be refreshed. I didn’t feel safe in the area. There is a lot of seemingly homeless people or people inebriated hanging round the property. an incident happen where the cops had to be called and a gentleman was arrested for threatening harm to the staff. Very scary situation.. There were different things happening around this property that didn’t make it feel safe so I will not return.

I drove in and was told that it’s a $75 security fee and then it was an extra $45 for parking per night. Breakfast was $25 and my sheets had stains on them and no one ever helped us with new sheets. The customer service was awful and I will never stay here again

Chaos, sinking ship hotel

I fell two different times on ice in the parking garage after telling front desk there was ice in the garage early that morning and later that afternoon when I retuned. Housekeeping was almost non existent. I was there for four days and only got two new towels the entire time.

A Little Gem in Crystal City

The front desk person made my whole day turn around. I was like 3 hours late to checking in and it was the middle of the night and she was so sweet and accommodating. Nothing but praise. This is a great property, great location, excellent staff.
