Overall it was fine for being a pet friendly hotel. The hotel lobby looked very well kept and nice. I chose this hotel because someone said they recently updated and the rooms were nice, they must have missed the pet friendly Rooms. We traveled with our 2 dogs and 2 kids. It was a quick over night stay. When we checked in the lady seemed nice enough. she mentioned a $25 charge-she didn’t Mention it was per pet plus tax. I’m a huge transparency person so when I saw that charge I was a little annoyed. When we got to the room it was outdated and dirty, the floors were super dirty hadn’t been swept or mopped In who knows how long. The lounger chair was pretty gross it had dirt and/or crumbs all over it. The heater/ac unit was completely broken. Shower head didn’t work properly. The bed was fine for a quick stay. If traveling with my dogs again I probably wouldn’t stay here. If traveling without them I may consider and request an updated room.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean for being under renovations. The beds were very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Only complaint was there was a residual smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Well, the "hot tub" that i paid extra for was just a large jetted bathtub that only filled halfway with warm water before giving up. However, the breakfast was good and the room very nice. Overall a good experience.

Second time staying here and I absolutely love it here. They are so nice and then the late check out for a night owl like me is absolutely amazing. The breakfast was great and didn't disappoint although I think they need to get some peanut butter or strawberries and whipping cream would be nice add on would be awesome just saying.
