Reservations was supposed to be for two days, instead I mistakenly booked for one day. The night shift desk didn’t extend the stay as we were told, but was able to do so in the morning. This mishap was partly my fault, so no hit there. But, asked front desk to clean room when we left and I don’t know if that mess with the cleaning staff’s timing for their round but our room wasn’t cleaned. So, I was disappointed in that. Other than that was a good stay.

Good hotel in Rosslyn

Good hotel, very comfy beds with good pillows, good shower, everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay Couple of things, the a/c is very noisy, so take earplugs and watch out for the water, it's very chlorinated, I'm not sure if that is just the water in the area or the water in the hotel, I didn't notice it anywhere else but you could taste it even in the coke from the bar etc

Great hotel even better staff!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the shower products were top-tier—felt like a little luxury every time I stepped in. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day, and the location was ideal—close to public transportation and plenty of great restaurants, which made it easy to get around and grab a bite. The food and drinks at the hotel were also excellent. Everything I tried was delicious and really hit the spot. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. Mr. Beto at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He knew we were in town for a family member's surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, and he was so supportive and kind throughout our time there. His thoughtfulness made all the difference and truly helped make our stay more relaxing during a stressful time. Also, a huge shoutout to Ximena, our housekeeping person, who did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless and tidy. The boys from the Valet parking did a great job. They all great kind and very professional. All in all, this is definitely a place I would stay again, and I can't thank Beto enough for making our stay so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Great location as far as for what I came to Washington for. This hotel was the closest to the embassy of Ukraine. Within the walking distance. And it was a very good service for 1 night I stayed there.

This was my third time staying at the Centric. This time it wasnt great. The nightstand's drawer didnt close and stayed wide open. I asked the front desk if someone could take a look at it but nobody ever came, I ended up taping it so it stayed closed. I checked in and there was no body wash, I had to request it 2 times before they refilled it. Besides that, everything was good, friendly staff, clean, convenient location, lots of places to walk to.

Hyatt Centric Arlington was neat as a pin and professionally staffed. Every employee I interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. Many of them reached out to me without asking. My room and the dining area were very clean and well-organized. I only have two, minor complaints. The chairs in my room were very worn and the location of my access room was adjacent to the elevator mechanicals, creating significant noise in my room.
