I had my wedding party stay there. We heard multiple complaints from our guests regarding the front desk staff (just one of them) being very rude to them. We had a cockroach in our room also. One of the curtain blinds didn't work either...so much for sleeping in. We had to call multiple times the hotel and they rarely answer. The kitchen staff were so nice tho. They were always checking on us during breakfast.

Check in and out staff were outstanding in their service, very pleased with how welcoming and informative they were. Hotel was in a safe, quiet area, which was comforting as a mother traveling with three young children. Some great dining options around the area too, which was nice! Arlington, VA is a beautiful city, hope to come back again!

Great location and room was clean. However there isn’t much past that to look forward to. Staff was okay. Elevators didn’t work half the time. The cleaning crew was always in the halls yelling on the phone. If it wasn’t for location, I probably wouldn’t stay here.

We had a great stay here at the Hyatt Place Arlington/Courthouse Plaza. It’s a very nice, clean hotel in a great location, conveniently right near a lot of restaurants and shopping. A parking garage is available right near where you walk into the hotel, which is very convenient as you can go in/out with your car as you please. The only down side I would say about this hotel is they could use more elevators. There are only two and you can be waiting for awhile or have to ride for awhile before getting where you need to go. Other than that, we had no issues with this hotel at all. Would definitely recommend!
