Class Senior Trip
I was staying here with my students for their Senior Trip. The staff was SO HELPFUL (especially Rudy). They really went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs. The hotel is clean and lovely, the location is perfect being just 2 blocks from the metro, and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Mostly a good experience, staff was friendly and good, decent free breakfast, pretty clean and up-to date facilities, but, and this may seem nitpicky, the water pressure was dismal.

When entering to check in was told they just changed their breakfast rules it was no longer free. I also was getting help by a lady staff member who was very rude due to her saying my card was not working but it took two hundred dollars after swiping twice after the second swipe I refused to try again due to seeing and showing her evidence of it taken out of my account she then asked another staff for help. I am not from here and was visiting with family and I will not be using this hotel again.

GREAT LOCATION!! We love the fact that we was able to leave the car at the hotel and just walk around the area and find places to go. I like how big the windows are in the room. Complimentary breakfast buffet style two thump up. Food was excellent we enjoyed it so much that when we come to visit we're going to continue choosing this hotel #greatjob

가족여행으로 2박했습니다. 장애인 배려로 욕실 턱이 없는 구조라 샤워 후 역실 바닥으로 물이 넘쳐 흐르는 방식이 좀 불편했지만 그외 주위 시설(조용하고 안전한 분위기, 쇼핑시설, 교통 접근성) 훌륭합니다. 아침 미국식 뷔페 식사도 무난했고 커피, 물은 1층에서 상시 이용 가능합니다.

Hotel parking garage was full, had to park on the street, luckily the parking happened to be free on Sundays (it was 12:15am), but parking is enforced Monday thru Saturday, 8am - 8pm as of 2024. The parking situation is like that in most downtown areas, so this is to be expected. Got a room at the end of the hallway, toward the back of the building, so it was pretty quiet and isolated from other guests. However... the heater in the room was incredibly loud, had to turn shut it off via the panel on the wall. The included breakfast was wonderful, props to the chef and kitchen staff, it was by far the best part of our stay. Overall it was an acceptable stay, minus the parking. We were just stopping a night, not planning to visit the surrounding DC area, but I would have chosen a different location in hindsight.
