The staff, from the security guards, the breakfast cooks, the room service and front desk were always friendly, helpful and efficient. The only problem was one of two elevators were broken and everything and everyone had to schedule additional time to get up and down. Evidently, this was a three week problem. We will be back again next year!

The room was very quiet. The room was spacious, with a full kitchen. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar had many options to accommodate allergies. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great. Lots of street parking. (Can park for free overnight until 8am. Sundays free parking too.) Price for hotel stay was reasonable. Ideal stay.

Outside temperature was 90 degrees and inside the room on 11th floor temperature was 83 degree. AC wasn’t working and we were trying to change the room where we could sleep but front desk person insisted of helping and listening to us she threatened to call the police. All of the 11th floor rooms were hot and AC wasn’t working in that kind of heat. Front desk person must have some kind of mental problems and the managers were not reachable. So no start from me.
