The view was great to the Pentagon and to the town,Room was quite but they forgot to clean room when we requested at 1 pm on our second day & when we back to our room it was not pleasured to see not cleaned even, I called and asked them for cleaning. Another thing, they did not answer the phones as it was only one person in the front desk, and they have been busy with in person customer.

Nice value hotel in Pentagon City area. Is one-mile - walking distance from Fashion Center. Or hotel shuttle takes you to Metro entrance in front of Fashion Center and/or DCA. Nice rooms, hallways, bed. On-site restaurant food is sub-par. But nice bar area is lot of fun.

We went down to the restaurant and there was a mouse running under the tables. Also the bathrooms by the restaurant and no heat at all.

ok service

the room was clean but the heat was hot when we arrived. When we went to look outside couldn't see much because windows were dirty on the outside. WE then noticed a couple inch gap in the window that was open and unable to close. WE told the front desk but no one came to fix the window, so we had to keep the heat high because it was cold in the room . There was no remote in the room but management brought one to us. We ordered from the restaurant but when I went to pick it up there was confusion where to get it one said the restaurant the other said the bar which was crazy when they were next to each other. When I did get help the lady at the bar said she would go check but didn't go. The guy in back brought a bag out I had to ask if that was my order considering I was standing there for 5 min with no help. The front desk people were nice. This was the first time visiting DC .
