Never a let down

Always a pleasure and a good time when I come here. The staff are great and check in is quick and way. The staff at the restaurant are respectful and great as well and the food is good. I definitely recommend happy hour.

There was only on elevator working in a 16 floor building. It took me 20 minutes to and from my room. The hallways were hot and uncomfortable especially when waiting then packing into an elevator. I declined room service yet they came multiple time. One even walked in while I slept. The garage was humid which made the floor slippery and I fell on my way to my car.

Very comfortable.

I loved to stay in this Hotel. The people were very nice, especially the reception and cleaning staff. The beds are very comfortable, and I loved the pillows. It's close to every place I wanted to visit in Washington D.C.

The stay was fantastic, with everything within minutes of reach. However, the shuttle service was the only factor that prevented it from earning a perfect 5-star rating. Overall, it was a great hotel experience, and the attached restaurant was a delightful addition.
