Great 3 night stay

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The included breakfast was basic but plentiful. We were particularly impressed by the range of gluten free options and the extensive array of different types of milk available. They obviously work hard to cater to all types of allergies. The bathroom was large, modern and a great shower. We were a short drive into town and within walking distance of a great fish and chip place. We used the pool, great to cool off after a hot day. The only small things were one of the single beds was very uncomfortable, luckily there was only 2 of us and 3 beds, so a swap to the other single bed was better. There is no where to hang your towels in the bathroom, at all, which is a little weird. We were on the ground floor and the room above us was using their air conditioner, this reverberated quite loudly in my room, interrupting my sleep. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall a great stay though, clean, modern, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here before and liked it. We requested a microwave for our room and we were provided with one immediately. We would stay here again. The complimentary breakfast was good too.

Great location, very surprised overall. Spacious property, not a small motel which was great. Enough parking, friendly reception staff, very clean rooms. Quiet location and rooms despite being busy. Continental breakfast was good, saving us time on our road trip. Recommended if you are visiting Armidale.

On entering the accommodation we were met by a pleasant receptionist, but there was a language barrier. The pungent musky smell that hit us on arrival was simply appalling. The smell continued down the corridor to the allocated bedroom. On entering, the room it smelt strongly of bleach and airfreshener. The drains in the bathroom also smelt. The fridge in the room was turned on low, therefore the milk in the fridge was warm and tasted foul. On return to the receptionist, to ask for this to be renewed, she didn’t have any more, I was shown into the dining area. The pungent smell in this area, I had to cover my nose. The milk in the fridge in the dining area along with 3 bottles of half used fruit juices covered with gladwrap from breakfast that morning were not cold Later I called back and asked to speak to the manager who was unavailable. The pungent stench was still present in this area, also in the disused kitchen and the bins. quite disgusting. The plug in the bathroom sink did not hold the water to soak, clean, or wash anything. The shower was leaking both before use and after use making the floor wet and hazardous, it dripped all night keeping us awake. The surrounding area of the drain in the middle of the floor was wet, had back flow of contents and an unpleasant smell. There was alot of dust in general in the room and under the beds. My partner became unwell. We cancelled our second night
