Nice spacious hotel with friendly staff in lovely peaceful surroundings. Handy self serve shop in the foyer for snacks, drinks and those forgotten items, higher priced than your local store but what you’d expect for a hotel. Reasonable sized room and large bed. Great selection for breakfast with hot and cold options. Hotel bar which didn’t appear to have any specific opening times. Overall a good priced nice hotel in a lovely area.

Great outdoor scenery, hotel charged me for extra person but when I arrived there was no extra bed, no extra towels. Needed to wait a full day for them to bring the bed, when I called, they said I can go down to the front-desk and get the extra towel for the extra person that 1 was charged for, myself. Customer service was bad!!! The breakfast was good, they have little robots riding around with plates etc, the outside greenery is luscious, beautiful, just relaxing.

Incorrectly billed

My wife and I enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel but after checking out, the hotel emailed us a bill that we did not incurred. Had to call back to correct the situation.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It was in a lovely setting surrounded by trees. Our room had a terrace which was lovely to sit out in. We choose not to have the breakfast as we felt it was very expensive. I loved the swimming pool and Sauna. The steam room was unfortunately not working. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. I was a bit disappointed by the restaurants at the hotel. It was advertised as having two but the Italian restaurant was not open. The other one was closed on Sunday and stopped serving food very early. The hotel was situated in a perfect position for exploring Oosterbeek and Arnhem. It was a lovely walk into Oosterbeek and it was surrounded by woods were you could go on walks.

The hotel was amazing the room was immaculate the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was really good. The only let down was that it only had 1 restaurant open on the last day we was here and there was only 3 choices for a starter 2 choices for a main and 2 choices for a dessert. The hotel bar was only open on Thurs to Saturday. In my opinion the bar and the restaurant needs to improve a bit for a 4* hotel

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque town. We couldn’t explore the area due to the bad weather but we’d love to go back again. Friendly staff, breakfast was ok not much variety but it’s a small hotel so this is acceptable. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more bathroom amenities (there was only shampoo, shower gel and shower cap). I think one had to pay extra for slippers & bathrobe. But all in all we had a great stay! We recommend this place. Thank you, Bilderberg.
