I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

Ótima estadia com algumas observações
Custo beneficio muito bom. Infelizmente, alguns hóspedes não cumpriram a ordem de silêncio, fiquei acordado até tarde, mesmo tendo trabalhado o dia inteiro, pois um dos quartos os hóspedes davam muitas gargalhadas altas. O som do restaurante também estava muito alto e como eu estava no 1º andar a escada canaliza o som. Fora esses detalhes que precisam ser revisto pela administração, confesso que está de parabéns.
