This worked out great. It put us about 15 minutes from the event we came for and the location and cleanliness was great. We also liked the park and trail behind the hotel. Staff were friendly and happy.

$200 was not value for money. Mediocre at best. Noisy, lots of activity in hallway, cars idling and gunning outside window throughout the night.

The hotel room had all the necessities and even a microwave and fridge. The room was clean, had comfortable beds and was in a convenient location. The hotel felt a little dated but it was clean and staff were pleasant. It's not fancy but is a good hotel for your basic needs.

Guy behind counter was wearing a dirty t-shirt. Place smelled of weed and cigarettes inside. Washroom was not clean (hair on toilet seat) , bathtub was gross, pillows smelled horrible. 10/10 do not recommend.

Firstly, the in room coffee did not include any whitener. So I couldn't have a quiet morning coffee without first getting dressed and making my way to the lobby to steal it from the coffee station there. Secondly, the breakfast options offered were pathetic. 2 flavours of muffins, 2 flavours of juice boxes and coffee. Much less than I would expect when paying $176/night.

Dirty floor
The room looked clean . If you walked from the bathroom to the other end of the room your feet were dirty . The floor itself I don’t think it had been washed in 4 to 5 days. I would say that the floor was cleaned with a dust pad but that would not have removed the dirt from the floor.
