Acabei de deixar a pousada e, infelizmente, o que deveria ter sido uma experiência incrível acabou se tornando bastante frustrante. O quarto deixava muito a desejar: havia apenas uma tomada disponível, localizada no banheiro, o ar-condicionado era extremamente barulhento, e o banheiro apresentava risco por ter um box em formato de banheira escorregadia. A cama era fina e desconfortável, e não havia nenhum cabideiro para pendurarmos nossas roupas. O café da manhã, além de servido frio, era marcado por desorganização por parte da equipe. Para completar, o chuveiro parou de esquentar já na primeira noite e só foi consertado no último dia da estadia. Arraial é um destino maravilhoso, mas saio decepcionado com minha experiência na Arraial Beach. Há muito a melhorar para oferecer aos hóspedes o conforto e a estrutura que o local merece.

Chegamos no sábado por volta 14:00 nosso quarto , nao tinha sacada e a Tv nao estava funcionando. Depois de pedir algumas vezes na recepção para mexer eles concordaram em trocar a gente de quarto. Como estava chovendo muito e por nao ter nenhum atrativo para crianca , ficamosa presos no quarto . Tentamos com a pousada cancelar ou remarcar nossas estadias .mas nao concordou . no Domingo pela manha 08:00 fizemos o check out .

Gostei da minha estadia, porém alguns pontos negativos, no quarto a banheira não saí água quente, estava ruim e a tomada que liga a luz do banheiro fica acima da banheira e não próximo da porta, abaixo da tomada saí uma ligação que vai para abaixo da banheira, está exposta não achei legal e na piscina tem uma parte que é hidro mas não funciona.

Valeu a pena no geral.

A pousada em si foi boa. Quando cheguei estava td arrumado e depois disso a limpeza do quarto não aconteceu em 4 diárias em que fiquei hospedada. Esse fato me incomodou muito. O valor dos quartos com sacada eram diferentes e a jacuzzi não funcionava, fiquei mt decepcionada com isso. Fácil localização e perto da praia dos anjos. Café da manhã mt bom e atendimento excelente.
