Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. Food was really good. Room was lovely, bathroom was dated and could do with an upgrade, a shower attachment over the bath was a little antiquated. Overall we had a great time and. We would come again

Nice hotel in centre of Arundel

We stayed for a Sunday night in November. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cosy but the bathroom had both a roll top bath and a walk-in shower. The evening meal was good and the cooked breakfast excellent. A relaxing stay all round.

So comfortable and convenient

I am glad i added an extra night the day before arrival. I hadnt been to Arundel for years so enjoyed get reacquainted. The room was a comfortable double. There is a food selection of tea and coffee, milk you get from the bar in a flask, brilliant idea, great as i have Oat Milk. The only small thing is that i feel the sink is too close to the bath head end. The staff are all lovely. I would definitely stay again.

A characterful hotel with a very good breakfast. We appreciated the thoughtful touches from the excellent toiletries/selection of teas etc to a very authentic mojito in the bar ! Great for some needed R and R .

Very Poor. Shower was tiny and not clean. Breakfast a disaster. There was a sign for bread and croissants, none of which were there. There were more jams than things to eat them with. Service was appalling. We were served by a very stressed waitress who made the experience very uncomfortable.

On arrival, we met a very helpful member of staff who checked us in quickly and he very kindly booked a table for us to dine in the restaurant that evening. He also provided a small flask of milk for the room, which was a very nice touch. This was our second visit to this hotel and although the rooms are quite compact, they are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. There was a generous supply of coffee and tea sachets in the room (lovely speciality coffee) and delicious chocolates. We enjoyed a relaxing meal in the restaurant and we would rate both the food and service as excellent. Breakfast was also very good, served by a charming and cheerful staff member. Indeed all the staff at this hotel are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We can highly recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again soon.
