Wonderful Hotel

This hotel is just wonderful! So close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was superb. Everyone is so nice, especially the staff. Definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room, although less luxurious than I expected at the price, and a view over the pool and the town to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Beach a few minutes walk away. Restaurant very seafood focused and not cheap enough for daily use. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drink. Hotel charges for parking, but there is a small free car park right beside it.

Hotel Punta Est is in an excellent location in Baja Sardinia. It is conveniently located in the centre where all the shops and restaurants are. Walking distance to a beautiful beach(you have to rent umbrellas) or bring your own and use the public area. Lots of dining options around. We had the large lux suite facing the water. Views are stunning and the terrace is huge. (Room 305) however it could have used a small dining table and chairs in case you wanted to sit outside and eat. Furniture cushions could use a good cleaning too as they were all stained. Bathroom shower could also be replaced as it was leaking. We found the air in the room not cool enough and they couldn’t bring it lower as it was controlled centrally. Breakfast is decent and good variety. Property grounds are beautiful and well kept. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will return.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a cosy villa feel but within a well maintained, clean, easy going hotel. Great included breakfast, with fantastic Italian coffee! We definitely recommend and would like to return. One note; book Taxis in advance and prepare for the prices. Otherwise a lovely visit to Sardinia. I hope to return for sure!

The receptionist were inefficient rude and even colluded with taxi driver to pocket additional money from my ride adding fees they refused to give me receipt for. I later found out the fee was an addition to the rate they pocketed. Staff was inefficient even in the bar area, lazy and hostile to every request. This isn’t a 4 star hotel.

My wife and I were excited to stay at this property. Unfortunately the hotel is very underwhelming. We paid for a suite with ocean view. You have no privacy with your neighbours as there is no separation on the balcony from your neighbors. When we first went onto our patio we could see our neighbours sitting on their balcony 5 feet away from us. It was very awkward not having privacy on your own patio. You can see all of your neighbors sitting on their patios. Very awkward. Twice I went to the pool bar for espresso in the morning and no staff was present. I asked the concierge where I can get an espresso and she told me the pool bar, so we went back, nobody there. She then told me the staff was having lunch so go back later when they are finished. That struck me as odd. Did not realize I had to follow the staffs lunch schedule to get a coffee at 10am. The breakfast buffet was very underwhelming. Small portions of food, run out of bread, bugs everywhere and they do not clean your table of dishes while you're eating. The most frustrating aspect was I kept complaining the Air Conditining in the room was not working properly. It would turn off completely after 1 hour. Maybe this was a way the hotel could save money. The concierge would tell me that they sent a technician and it was working fine. This was not true because we would wake up sweating at night because the air conditioning turns itself off after an hour. You have to get out of bed and turn it on every hour.

Very chilled holiday in Baja sardinia, the pool was suitable for our needs. There was several options for dining in and aroud the area. So beautiful and picturesque. The property is a little Italian rustic but all in all, the beds were comfortable. A few scotch stick on felt circles on ALL of the chairs would make this property quiter for guest with the tile flooring everywhere. The little gym was brand new and the kit was pristine.
