Nice and well equipped chalet
Chalet was well equipped and clean. However, the air con could not be switched on and so the room was rather stuffy even though it was Spring temperature outside.

A great family stay
This was a lovely Ski Chalet by any Eastern or Western Standard. Nice facilities with attention to detail which didn't go unnoticed. A very nice holiday experience.

Fantastic location for skiing at Furano - we walked to the ski area in leas than 5 minutes from the chalet and we’re able to ski back to the door of the chalet at the end of the day. Very communicative and helpful staff.

Great place to stay for Furano ski vacation.
This was a GREAT place to stay during our short Furano ski vacation. It was very spacious, and we were very close to the Kitanomine gondola. It is almost ski-in, ski-out. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the huge tub provided a very relaxing soak after skiing. English speaking staff were always available to answer our questions. We would definitely come again.

The hotel was great, really spacious and very western style accommodation. Conviniently located a short walk to the base of the Kitanomine Gondola. The staff were really friendly and spoke good English, they were also happy to pick us up when we arrived and drive us into town for dinner throughout our stay.

Despite it seems like a place for ski holiday, our summer stay was very comfortable. All rooms have air-conditioner. A bit far from city center, car is recommended.

Ample size and quiet location. It was quite literally a home away from home. Due to the larger size, housekeeping took much longer. And you could hear your neighbors next door if they were loud enough.

Wonderful view and very spacious
Wonderful view, very spacious and very clean. Very quiet ad very ideal for family vacations. Easy check-in and check-out. Was very pleasantly surprised that there was cleaning every day. Enjoyed our stay at the chalet. Will return and stay if ever there was another opportunity. However, it is not so accessible if you do not drive.

We stayed in the one bedder; please note bed is made up of 2 single beds that are joined together. Kitchen was fully equipped - rice cooker, microwave, pots and pans ... If you are travelling with young kids, please exercise caution as the stairs leading to level 2 (kitchen, bath room, living room) are quite steep. Do note that the sun rises quite early and blinds are not "black out" which allows light to seep through. Overall an enjoyable stay except for the 4am wake-ups due to the morning sun light.

Very convenient location. It is about a 5 min walk, through the ski resort parking lot to get to the gondola ticket office. You can almost ski to the front door by taking a trail above the gondola parking lot. You end up with maybe a 2 min walk to your front door. The bedrooms are a little tight, but the living area and loft are very spacious.

The living environment and facilities inside the house are excellent. Clean and spacious. However the reception service is far from satisfaction. The staff only came for open the door and expected u to explore the house by yourself, including the checkout arrangement.😅

広いキッチンもあり、子どもさんのいるファミリーや、もしかしたら２世帯くらいで利用してもいいかもしれません。 私たちは富良野の町のレストランを探しましたが、あまり多くはなく、良さげなお店は埋まっていたりして少し苦労しました。 ご当地の食材を買ってきて、自分たちで料理して食べるような楽しみ方もいいかもしれないなと思いました。 自宅のような広いスペースで、まさに暮らすように泊まれるタイプの宿泊施設でした。何泊もしたいなと思いました。
