This was a great hotel and the staff were excellent.We have really good service from everyone, but one of the reception desk team was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to us, her name is, Kaori Motohashi. Kaori helped us sort out a parking ticket issue, her English is excellent and she is a credit to your hotel.

Great hotel, big room, great location
We had the family size room which included two western style double beds and two Japanese style futon beds which was quite large by Japanese hotel standards and perfect for our family of four. Our room had a great view of the train tracks which was great for our train-obsessed son. The room was impeccably clean. We loved the Japanese style shower/bath room with great water pressure and seemingly endless supply of hot water. The location of the hotel is very convenient, only a 5 minute walk from the (apparently brand new) Asahikawa train station which includes a food court, grocery store and shopping mall.

housekeeping needs improvement
nice stay in general with free onsen, but housekeeping is sloppy. we stayed 3 nights. no refill of toilet supplies such as cotton pad packs. never refill water for room vaporizer. never put hair dryer back to where it belongs. threw away our paper slippers for no reason. check in experience terrible. very rude woman staff at reception when we arrived early at around 11am n wanted to store our luggage. (night duty staff much better).no bottles of drinking water provide in room.

Parking service is not good, even thought we are paid the parking for hold day during living here, however, when we are come back at night time, there are always full in parking area. When we ask for help, the front desk staff who's language in English is not good, so we are waive a lot of time to solve the problem. For the breakfast, the restaurant area are small and the seat is Japanese style, when you seat on there, you must no shoes to enter. there is inconvenient for customer to collect the food in buffet area.

The room was extremely small, with the small double bed against the wall. There was still some long black hair in the bathroom and cobwebs in the room. The massage I had was great tho and the location very convenient. Saying that there are plenty of other hotels near the station, so would not choose to stay there again.

Walls are thin, and interior is dated. The room also smells like sulphur for some reason. Location is also a little bit far from Asahikawa station (not as close as it seems)

The two best things about the hotel are the location - a five-minute walk from the train station - and the onsen, which is commodious and clean. Breakfast is tasty, though they need a bigger space, as it always seemed to be full. Room is small and dark.

Great location close to JR Asahikawa station and amazing breakfast with both Japanese and Western options but the room is really dated. It does not feel fresh, the bathroom is dark and small.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its diverse types of onsen and delicious Japanese-style breakfast. The onsen provided a relaxing retreat, while the breakfast featured delightful options like kaisendon and curry, both of which were fresh and flavorful. The room was spacious for family of 4. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I will definitely stay here again if I visit this place in the future.
