The staff was very friendly, helpful in whatever required of them, thank yous.

The resort does seem to be the most up market in the area but it has a long way to go before it rates as well as a 5 star resort at say, Fiji. The rooms are nice but are not regularly deep cleaned. Washing machine and shower frames all dirty. The beds are terrible, I asked for a new mattress but it was no better. They are noisy with any movement, you can feel the springs and they are very firm. The shower head holder in my room was broken, reported it and maintenance replaced the head but left the actual broken part, so still no good, but I gave up on it and used as is. The staff are mostly lovely, I liked the waiters and the activity team, but some of the managers are not very friendly. I asked for a banana at breakfast, waiter had to ask the chef. The chef came out with the bananas and gave me an absolute filthy look over it ( im not sure why?). I have found that although the activity staff as nice guys alot of the activities dont go ahead or aren't really advertised when starting. For example every day pool volleyball is advertised, a net was never put up. Food is ok, but takes a long time to be served and several times parts of our orders were missed. One manager made me provide a receipt for missed fries as he didn't believe I had paid for them, yet he wasnt even there when I ordered. Main pool has some lining missing from the bottom, 5 star resort should have this fixed. The resort would benefit having waiters work the pool decks for drink orders saves us going to bar

Good staff, clean stay and appreciate lovely service

Overall: A relaxing stay with great airport access, but service needs some tightening up. ​The Room: Spacious and clean, though the floor in our initial room (we stayed there twice due to our arrival and departure times) felt like it needed a good mop. I missed the complimentary slippers the previous Sheraton management used to provide, but otherwise, it was a good space. ​Amenities & Atmosphere: Great, relaxing vibe. The beach and pool are both lovely. They did run out of pool towels due to how busy it was, resulting in a bit of a wait. We also checked out the casino for the first time and appreciated the good deals they offered. ​Dining & Service: The food was decent, but the wait staff operations need improvement. Our order was misplaced, and three tables that arrived after us were served first. It took me speaking up to get things moving. Despite having plenty of staff on the floor, there was a lack of consistent follow-up with tables. ​Location: Highly recommended for its proximity to the airport - very handy for early morning flights or late check-ins.

We had the most wonderful stay at Sinalei Reef & Spa Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, and the location is simply stunning. We especially loved the rustic charm of the rooms and the fact there are no TVs, it was the perfect opportunity to switch off, disconnect from technology, and truly relax. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and would highly recommend Sinalei to anyone visiting Samoa!

We only stayed one night and unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to utilise the water activities. We thought our room was lovely with its cosy deck and overlooking the beach. We loved the seating areas set up for sunny weather and had the most delicious dinner with accompanying drinks. The owners and staff were very friendly, down to earth people who made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this magic spot as it was a great location to also access the Giant Clams and Coastal lava cliff walk. The only thing to be aware of is that their sign cannot be seen if you are coming from the north, which we did, so we initially drove right past.

We enjoyed everything the staff were very helpful and friendly, very clean site the maintenance guys were on the go all the time. Fia fia night was a treat

The room service was top tier as well as the customer service was top notch. The only thing I would recommend, is being able to adjust the temperature on the aircon to be a bit lower than 22 Celsius As unfortunately it wasn’t cold enough in the hotel room. Another factor I would recommend fixing, would be the glitching on the Channels on the TV
