Perfect stay if you don’t care

I mean, you get what you pay for. First room we got had a very strong smell of smoke. We were able to get another room upstairs but it smelled and looked clean at least. Looks like the property is going through renovation and kudos for that. The A/C is noisy and goes on and off throughout the night so if you are a light sleeper you won’t sleep. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, and there was a leak in the shower.

The only negative thing I would have to say ALL the pillows were flat. So just for that reason alone I did not sleep well. All other amenities was excellent for the location. Would I book again. most likely, however I would definitely bring my own pillows if able.

For its purpose, the property did the job--cheap place to sleep. However, seeing a few cockroaches crawling in the bathroom and on the floor in the room didn't give me much confidence in the property. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Parking lot unpaved...the place looks abandoned. No electric outlet in the bathroom, hot water control barely worked. Double bed not comfortable. They have worked hard to remodel and clean the rooms, but only adequate for a quick overnight. Tiny room. Bad location.

A contradiction. Take a look at the photos. You can tell they are definitely trying to upgrade. Unfortunately, the housekeeping is not. The room itself was really cute. The dried crusty … on the bedspread and the bathroom?

I have stayed in this room before. There is good but the bad overtook the good this trip. The fridge was unplugged and the inside smelled like rotting food. The tub was filthy and possibly black mold. No Smoke Detector this time. The frame is there but not the actual Smoke Detector (severe safety issue)! Internet did have better connectivity and the TV was operable and I did not have to download personal information on the TV this time.

Given a key to a room that had not been serviced yet well after check in time. Left and had dinner and the room was still not ready. But once it was clean, the room was good to go.

You get what you paid for. Motel quite charming but their bathrooms nned a renovation. Their window would benefit from screens to prevent the bugs from coming in. Staff very friindly with complimentary cofee/tea and cereal bars.

Our room was straight up gross. Sewer flies smashed all over the walls. I had to kill about 20-30 just to get in the shower without bugs. In the morning there was a giant cockroach hanging out under the window. I will say it was only $48 w/tax so what else should I expect. But I would not recommend this roach motel to anyone, ever. Gross, disgusting, just plain nasty.
