Susan at the front desk was helpful (My sister and I are disabled, and Susan was helpful in getting us a downstairs room. Then when I had to add a night to our stay, Susan was able to keep us in the same room, which is helpful.). Thank you, Susan!

If you are expecting a 4 star hotel you will definately be disappointed. But if you are looking for a lower cost relatively clean older motel you will bo ok with it. Dining does lack in this area unless you like truck stop food or the one indian place in town (food is good there).
Our group spent one night here on our way through the area. The motel is an old Route 66 location and the buildings show it. However, the owners have tried hard to update it and make it appealing with little touches in the decorating of the rooms. My room had a very large tv as well as a refrigerator and microwave oven. It was clean and otherwise basic. The front desk person was efficient and kind.

Bed was decent. AC was very good. WiFi was poor. Large gap at front door threshold allowed several small insects to come in. Good, quick, and plenty of hot water.
Only.problem i had was alot of flies in my bathroom but i think someone opened the window with no screen on it!

The room was great. Clean. Nice towels. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. My only complaint wld be the exterior. Bird nests were plentiful. And that meant bird POOP!
What's great: A lot of people in this town are really helpful (holding doors open, jump starting our vehicle, etc.)
Other observation: Some of the buildings in the area were built before the ADA (the Pilot truck stop is the only place we've found that has wheelchair accessible showers).
Very pleased with my stay. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The cleaning staff were welcoming as well. Dog-friendly with a large area of grass to walk your dog. Great value for the money!
Very polite staff & pet friendly. Convenient cross country stop. Definitely in need of repairs.

This is a very inexpensive and decent place to stay overnight. It has some charming features and the rooms feel homey.
We were very much looking forward to coffee this morning, but whoever was supposed to open up the lobby was not there. We went to the café down the street which was a nice down home place visited by locals.
Grab and go breakfast means granola bars. If you’re looking for breakfast, this is not the place.
If you have a Roku account, you can use the TV. Otherwise, it takes quite a long time to set up and figure out. Be sure to factory reset the TV when you leave so that you are fully logged out.
While we experienced a few inconveniences, you can’t beat the price.
Run from this place. To start, the bathroom had a bunch(50 or so) of gnats/fly, some dead some still flying in there. Needed to keep door closed so they won’t come into the bedroom. Second, there was a dead cockroach by the toilet and a dead cockroach by the front door. Then while trying to leave this morning, a cockroach climb on to the bed and went into the sheets. Super unclean. Won’t stay here again.
