I was really dissapointed with the uncurteous attitude of your front receptionist. Whatever I asked her, she would refuse and tell me to come downstairs and get it myself. I was not expecting this kind of service, knowing what I have been charged. Noisy crowd and unprofessional front desk person

Had an obnoxious group of folks outside my room one night who made lots of noise. called the front desk several times. apparently this was some sort of a sports team. next day I went to the front desk to ask them to make sure this won't happen that night and I met Denise; a very rude and unprofessional individual who accused me of "yelling" at her. she said they can't "guarantee" that there will be peace in the hallways that night. The manner in which she dealt with this complaint was puzzling to me. Very inappropriate! I stay at this hotel everytime I go to VA, but maybe its time to move on.

Nice hotel, freindly staff for the most part - rooms and general decor is a little dated with paint flaking visible - Bar and food menu is a little limited but it does have a seven eleven next door along with a star bucks - I would stop there again
